and method of use:
Grind Pepper and nigella seeds into a powder.
Squeeze one lemon into a glass of fresh water and add nigella seeds ½ tsp and ½ tsp Pepper in the lemon water. Mix well and Use a glass, half hour after or before meals daily. Remember using it empty stomach is more beneficial.
During the use of this recipe, refrain from energy drinks and cold drinks. Drink twelve to fifteen glasses of water daily and make exercise your daily routine.
